It’s obviously scared and probably somewhat traumatized if it’s burrowing deeper in the bag. You should have put the bag in the terrarium, put some food out, and let it come out on it’s own.

Mine is a leatherback and has those red colors, but to a lesser degree (mostly orange on his head and back, but also some browns and brownish-reds)

They should have packaged the baby a little better than that when I got mine he came in a container inside that phone thing with some other stuff to keep him secure and stuff so he's not flying around at least he's okay that's good but whoever you ordered them from they need to do better shipping
